Master Ian Zoleta changed my life forever. Master Ian explained to me the importance of taking care of one’s body – by proper exercise and the quality of food we eat. He taught me the principle of “quality versus quantity”, “Discipline and Consistency”. I have finished multiple triathlons, summer and winter marathons and several cycling events. I will be forever grateful with Master Ian and his dedication to changing people’s way of life.
When Master Ian introduced me to his new MTIZ Apparels, I was so excited to be wearing something that was created, not out of necessity, but through years of experiences dealing with people and their specific needs. The apparels are not just a regular clothing line but it has the quality and features that rivals the best in the industry. When I wear the MTIZ apparels, I know that I am getting the best quality and best value for my money.

Growing up I was always overweight and was never really into fitness. In 2015, I was diagnosed as ‘Pre-diabetic” meaning if I had continued my eating and lack of exercise I would eventually become a Diabetic. Later that year I met Master Trainer Ian Zoleta (MTIZ) and my life would never be the same. His unique MINDSET of positivity constantly pushed me to progress. I love wearing his apparel because it holds me to a high standard. Another thing that I really like about MTIZ is that he picks real people to wear his apparel as opposed to celebrity endorsements. As long as they have the MTIZ Mindset and they are trying to improve their health and fitness goals. It’s not about perfection it’s about progress. I am no longer Pre-diabetic and have lost about 50lbs since the beginning and at every stage it was motivating to see the different motivational quotations to keep me going. Keeping a certain level of consistency in your workouts and your diet is incredibly difficult but as long as you have that MINDSET to keep your health as a priority you will really never go wrong. I will continue training with MTIZ and continue into the next level of my fitness journey with MTIZ Apparel and Gear.

I have been legally blind all my life. I started running in Junior high and in time it became a passion of mine. Because of my blindness I wouldn’t let anything stop me. To this day I have ran a marathon in 9 states including Boston. I took second as a blind runner in 2014. I also found out this past year I have. ADHD and Autism. Through all my obsticles running is my free time to think and be at peace and I love to challenge myself.
I have known Master Trainer Ian Zoleta (MTIZ) he have been training me for a long time and he has been there for me through my ups and downs. His strong mindset always push me and made me stronger in life. MTIZ APPAREL AND GEAR help me through my running. It is so comfortable and very stylish. The motivational quotations gives me more determination and strength to push through not only in running but most specially in life. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Marathon and half marathon participant
I’m a 41 year old turning 42 this year, mom of 2 boys. During my first pregnancy, I gained 71 lbs or even more, I stopped weighing myself the last week because it was getting to me. On my second pregnancy, I gained more, of course. I wasn’t an active person growing up or even in my young adulthood , I had no form of exercise at all. I remember running half a block and I would get exhausted and I would complain. I bought a 2 year membership at 24 fitness 1 year and I went a handful of times, stayed inside the sauna for the most part and maybe walked the treadmill a couple times for 15 minutes. I purchased another 2 year membership after that and a yoga studio membership nearby. I had to have a pep talk with myself and said, I’m spending thousands of dollars on these memberships, I have to figure out a way to make it worth it. I started off going to a
Step class at the gym, I got discouraged because I was uncoordinated. I remember seeing a group of people, so happy getting out of a class. I immediately checked out the 24 hour fitness schedule and figured it was a spin class. I signed up thinking “oh this will be easy, it’s just biking and no one will ever know that I’m clueless at this!” WRONG!!! I was exhausted , sore and everything the next day! I met Cesar Ian Zoleta who was and still is the spin instructor. He was very encouraging & helpful. I was drawn by the energy of the class and the choice of music.
I went back for more, wanted to be as fast, I was fueled. My endurance was horrible at the time because I was a smoker for many years. Taking those spin classes helped me quit smoking! Trust me I have tried everything in the market, patches, gum, vaping. None of it worked. My spin classes did! Finally, I was able to get that drive, I went to yoga 3 days a week, ran a bit on the treadmill some days, and took spin classes. With family history (both parents) of high cholesterol , hypertension and diabetes , I was diagnosed with hypercholesterolemia and pre- diabetes after pregnancy. It gave me the drive to even work harder because I refused to be on medications. I was able to get my numbers down with just cardio and yoga but it creeped back up after a few months. Incorporating weight training in the mix definitely did the trick. Right before pandemic hit, I signed up for personal training with Cesar Ian. I couldn’t lift my left arm above my shoulder due to history of hairline fracture of my humerus from a fall. I remember shaking lifting a 2lb dumbbell , couldn’t balance on a bosu. During pandemic, our trainer who became our close friend decided to create a group training. Since then, I’ve been training with him several times a week. He built my endurance, strength and mindset. I met good people along the way who influenced me to be a better person. I was influenced by Regine with my long distance running. At this point, I was fueled. I started singing up for half marathons then marathons. I didn’t know how to swim, took swimming lessons. I swim several times a week now. I started cycling outdoors . I was overwhelmed with all the activities I wanted to try after the endurance Ian built. I am currently training to sign up for my first sprint triathlon. Let’s see what activity tomorrow will bring.
